Following the information about the group is the programme for 2012, and some photos of recent cycling events. It is normal to have a lunch time pub or cafe stop or a packed lunch may be taken if preferred. Refer to the Cycling Programme for meeting points and start times. Cycle transportation may be required for rides which start some considerable distance away from Keyworth. Medical FormTo help deal with an emergency situation, cyclists are encouraged to carry a Personal Medical Form containing details of next of kin, any medication taken, known allergies or ongoing medical conditions etc. Medical Forms for this purpose are available from the Ride Leader.Cyclists are reminded that they ride at their own risk and are responsible for their own personal safety.
