Cinema Club
Please NoteThe Broadway has withdrawn the use of one of their screen rooms which they have allowed us to use for several years. We have had some discussion with them but to no avail . This means that the film " Galaxy Quest" which will be shown at 1.00clock on Monday 3rd August will be our last film. If anything happens to alter things in the future I will of course let you know.Brenda Parsons. July 2015 About the GroupNottingham U3A welcome Keyworth U3A members to join them at the Broadway Cinema for their monthly choice of films. The screenings are on Mondays at 1.00pm and the cost is £3.50. The arrangement is to present yourself at the desk and tell the cashier you are there for the U3A showing. They will take your money and direct you to the correct screen room. Tickets are not issued. There is more information on the Cinema Group on the Nottingham U3A website.This arrangement was suspended during the alterations to, and redecoration of, the cinema. It has now restarted with a new start time of 1.00pm and an increase in price to £3.50. If our U3A members bring friends or relatives they also must be members. Tickets will be issued which has not happened previously. Current dates: Mon 8th June Key Largo. With Bogart and Bacall.
